Online Resources

Through the library’s participation in MOREnet, library cardholders have access to millions of journal articles, magazine articles, and other resources for school work, from elementary school up through college and beyond.

The major resources available include EBSCOhost, which is an online research platform used by thousands of institutions and millions of users worldwide. With quality databases and search features, EBSCOhost helps researchers of all kinds find the information they need fast. EBSCOhost will be especially useful for high school and college students.

Younger learners can access Explora. Designed to meet the unique needs of its users, Explora supports both student research and classroom instruction with rich, reliable content and easy-to-use functionality. Because of its leveled access, younger learners will find resources at their grade level and comprehension abilities without sorting through material that is too advanced or too simple for their needs.

Both of these databases require you to know your library card number, which can be obtained by visiting the circulation desk in person. Due to privacy concerns, we do not give out private information over the telephone.
